According to Senior Vice President, Derek Lubert, “The addition of these three facilities will further strengthen the company’s business model which is based primarily on dockage, storage and service.  These Marinas are 100% occupied, and have been serving a cottager customer base for over 4 decades.  We plan on continuing, and improving on that customer experience.”

The company also acquired 2.5-acres of vacant “Marine Commercial” lands located directly beside its Walkers Point Marina facility on Lake Muskoka. Walkers Point Marina is home to the company’s flagship Cobalt Dealership.  Steve Tait, Vice President remarked that “The expansion at Walkers Point will include additional docks, dry stack racks and much needed parking spaces. We hope to begin construction later this summer with a Grand Opening slated for the spring of 2023.”

Maple Leaf Marinas is Canada’s largest owner and operator of fresh water Marinas and is based in Midland, Ontario.
