Campion Boats purchased by Edmonton’s KV Private Equity Fund

KV Private Equity is pleased to announce that it has acquired the business of Campion Marine (“Campion”) as the fourth investment of KV Private Equity Fund.
Founded in 1974 and located in Kelowna, BC, Campion manufactures a highly desirable range of recreational fiberglass boats that are distributed globally via local dealer partners. Campion is recognized as Canada’s largest independent fiberglass boat builder and has an unparalleled reputation of providing high quality products at an exceptional value.
