Who goes to Las Vegas in January? More than 150,000 visitors who attended the CES 2026 exhibition, the most powerful tech event in the world! This year the event was host to more than 4100 exhibitors and 6900+ global media, content creators and industry analysts who came together to discover the latest and greatest in the consumer electronics sectors.
One of the highlights of the show was the display by Brunswick Corporation, the world’s largest marine technology company and the umbrella corporation for Boston Whaler, Princecraft, Sea Ray, Mercury Marine, Bayliner, Freedom Boat Club and Simrad, among others. While approaching the Brunswick exhibit, I wish I had had the assistance of Brunswick’s new Simrad AutoCaptain autonomous boating system to guide me through the throngs of eager participants who were lined up to visit the new Sea Ray SLX, NAVAN C30, and Lund Crossover XS on display, featuring the latest technology from Lowrance and Mercury Marine. The exhibit also featured the global launch of the FLITE RACE high-performance eFoil, a collaborative innovation from Flite and Mercury Racing that skims across the water at speeds up to 40mph.

Next up on the tour was the Lund Crossover XS, a fishing enthusiast’s dream boat, powered by multiple engines, including a Mercury Racing 150R, Mercury Avator 35e kicker engine, and a Lowrance® Recon™ trolling motor. Trophy catch guaranteed?

Brunswick Corporation’s CTO Áine Denari summed it up best during her Foundry Panel presentation at CES 2026: Next Never RestsTM to make boating smarter, easier, and more connected for the future.
