For 2025, Sea-Doo is offering five different styles of their Switch pontoon, and the Switch Sport 18 is designed for the active adventurer, with a focus on watersports and speed. Sea-Doo has tweaked its innovative modular design, making the Switch Sport 18 an even more appealing option for adventure seekers and casual cruisers alike. And it comes in three colours: Lava Red, Marine Blue and Neon Yellow.

The Switch Sport 18 marries maneuverability and space, stretching 18 feet, to accommodate seven passengers and a swim platform. It’s built around a tri-hull platform, offering incredible stability even when tackling tighter turns or choppy waters. Upgraded hull materials on the 2025 edition improve durability without sacrificing weight. The signature Sea-Doo handlebars instead of a traditional wheel create a sporty, intuitive driving experience that feels natural for newcomers and thrilling for veterans.

Powered by the proven Rotax 1630 ACE engine, the Switch Sport delivers up to 230 horsepower, the most powerful engine offered on the Switch. Watersports enthusiasts will be impressed by its lively acceleration, and the boat’s Intelligent Brake and Reverse (iBR) system remains one of its standout features, allowing for superior control at docking speeds and in tight spots.

Once on board, the customizable deck layout remains a major highlight. The 2025 version comes with 586.6 L of total storage capacity, and introduces enhanced quick-latch seating and new flooring options that are both more comfortable and easier to clean. 

For sports enthusiasts, the Switch comes equipped with a ski mode, tow hooks and a retractable boarding ladder. The optional tech package, featuring a touchscreen Garmin navigation system and premium JL Audio speakers, adds a luxurious touch that rivals more expensive pontoons.

Towing the Switch Sport 18 is an easy task, thanks to its relatively light weight compared to traditional pontoons. Under most conditions, launching and trailering your Switch Sport is a one-person job.
