CharterAbility is excited about being a part of the 2nd Annual Port Credit Spring Boat Show by offering Free Boat Cruises on the Credit River on May 29, 30 & 31, 2015.
Charterability.com is a registered charity dedicated to providing accessible recreational boating at no cost to people of all ages who are deprived of the opportunity by virtue of their physical limitations or personal circumstances. The dedicated group of volunteers are excited to offer FREE boat cruises on the Credit River during the 2nd Annual Port Credit Spring Boat Show May 29, 30, & 31st.
In 2014, CharterAbility’s Volunteer Crew completed over 200 free community boat rides. Some of the benefactors included schools, day camps, seniors homes, long term care facilities, Community Living Chapters, families and other groups with disabilities including people deprived of the opportunity. All enjoyed a tranquil FREE Oakville River cruise.
For 2015, CharterAbility is excited about being a part of the 2nd Annual Port Credit Spring Boat Show to kick off the new season of on-water events. Free Boat Cruises on the Credit River will be available on May 29, 30 & 31!
CharterAbility’s volunteers will be on hand ALL WEEKEND to provide short community boat rides on The Credit. The boat is a potential “Green Pontoon Boat” donated by one of CharterAbility’s staunch Volunteer Crew members Mr. Jim Fielders.
Each trip will be an approximately 15-20 minutes, travelling either out to the lighthouse, or up to the train trestle, and back.
Free for seniors & people with disabilities, $5 minimum donation otherwise.
