The Aquila 42 Yacht is a great example of a powerful catamaran that blends innovation, comfort, and versatility into a compact yet luxurious cruising platform. As the newest and smallest entry in Aquila’s successful Yacht lineup, the 42 delivers the brand’s signature performance and livability in a size that appeals to both seasoned voyagers and those stepping into yachting for the first time.
Designed by the esteemed VPLP studio and built to CE Certification Category A, the Aquila 42 is built for serious offshore cruising, with excellent stability, thanks to its twin-hull configuration and bulbous bows. Powered by twin Volvo Penta engines (230 or optional 300 HP), it offers efficient and responsive handling, while resin-infused vinyl ester construction ensures high strength and durability across the hull, deck, and bulkheads.
Where the 42 truly shines is in its layout and liveability. With expansive alfresco entertainment areas including a spacious flybridge, forward bow lounge, and aft cockpit with direct access to the galley, guests are treated to seamless indoor-outdoor living. The open-plan salon features large panoramic windows, flooding the interior with natural light and offering stunning views.
Below deck, two double-berth cabins each have private heads with separate showers, complemented by a utility cabin ideal for storage.
